As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Louis-John, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our website.

My career in management within the IT industry has awarded me the successes of identifying superior talent above and beyond the written words of a resume. I am sure management will agree, there is a certain amount of "gut instinct" that accompanies every decision to hire. At Louis-John, we represent that instinct.

The Louis-John charter is to facilitate the hiring process, with extensive personal interviews to identify the right talent, and to uncover hard skills and soft skills appropriate to the job requirements. We will take the time to understand the qualifications and personality needed to constitute the perfect match. We not only read between the lines on the resume, we research between the lines.
